Site Information & Consultant Coordination
A strong design starts with accurate site information. We coordinate around surveys, site plans, grading considerations, setbacks, utilities, civil requirements, and any other consultant information needed to understand the property.
Concept Design
We develop the early design direction, including floor plan layout, massing, roof forms, exterior character, garage placement, circulation, views, and overall home organization.
3D Modeling & Renderings
The home is developed in 3D so major decisions can be reviewed visually. Renderings help clarify massing, exterior materials, window placement, rooflines, and the overall feel of the home before final drawings are completed.
Interior Design Integration
Our in-house interior designer can work alongside your chosen interior designer to help coordinate selections, render key decisions, and keep the home cohesive from concept to construction.
Construction Drawings
We prepare a coordinated residential plan set for pricing, consultant review, HOA review, permitting, and construction. This typically includes floor plans, elevations, roof plans, sections, details, and other drawings needed to communicate the design clearly.
Permit & Consultant Coordination
We coordinate with required consultants such as structural, civil, site planning, and energy professionals so the final design package is organized for the contractor’s permit submittal.
